We offer Returns or Exchanges under following conditions on Unwanted products purchased

  • Please contact us to obtain RMA number to start your return.
  • Please note, Returns or Exchanges are not accepted on *Special Order products unless it's defective.
  • We offer 15 day Return Policy for unwanted products for refund or exchange
  • Unwanted product or Wrong purchased product MUST be unused, sealed, and in the original package.
  • There will be 15% restocking fee applied for returning unwanted items or wrong products ordered by customer.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges on both ways (return & resend).
  • After first 15 days, WallmounSolution.com only provide RMA service if the product is under warranty.
  • Removal and/or Defacing of Serial # or Part # on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties & returns will not be accepted.
  • Any product you return without obtaining RMA Number first will be refused and may be returned back at customer's expense.

 

Returning Defective Product

  • Please contact us to obtain RMA number to start your return.
  • If you received an item that is defective or malfunctioning within the first 30 day period, we will cover shipping charges on both ways. This 30 day period starts from the day your order has been delivered.
  • We will advise how to return the item(s) back to us including shipping method.
  • For defective items that has surpassed 30 day period, please contact us and we'll advise what to do.

 

Please Obtain RMA Number by contacting us first:

  • Customer MUST contact us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to start a return or exchange by 2 options:
  • Provide us your Order Number
  • Provide us the Product ID / SKU number of the item you want to return
  • Provide us the Reason for the return

 

Before you return the item back to us, please follow these instructions for hassle-free return

  • Be sure to include the original Order number & RMA number in the return package
  • You must return the product in its original retail packaging, and must include all of its contents such as; blank warranty cards, manuals and any accessories that's part of the product
  • Pack the return item in a box which it came in or use your own proper packing material to safeguard during shipping
  • Return items with tracking information.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • If you return items without tracking option and if it gets lost during transit, we cannot provide refund or exchange.
  • Physically damaged products due to misuse or user's mistake will not be covered.
  • We do not accept packages sent via collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • In the event that a returned product has any items missing such as accessories or manuals, etc.., the return may be refused and may be shipped back to customer at customer's expense at our sole discretion.
