Exchanging or Returning products purchased from WallmoutSolution.com

  • There is no return or exchanges on special order products unless it's defective.
  • For products purchased online, we offer 14 days exchange policy for products sealed, unused, and in the original package.
  • WallmounSolution.com will cover shipping charge one way for the first 14 days on dead on arrival (DOA) products if customer provide the receipt of return. This 14-days period starts from the day of shipment. Please use standard ground shipping. WallmounSolution.com will only reimburse up to 50% if non-standard shipping is used, such as Express.
  • WallmounSolution.com will charge 15% restocking fee for the first 14 days on Unwanted product or wrong product ordered by customer. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge on both ways. Unwanted product or Wrong purchased product MUST be unused, sealed, and in the original package.
  • After first 14 days, WallmounSolution.com only provide RMA service if the product is under warranty.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • All return/exchange/RMA without RMA# or Case# will be refused and returned back at customer's expense.

 

To get RMA or DOA Service:

  • The customer MUST contact us to obtain CASE# or RMA # for exchange, DOA, and Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) by 2 options:
    1. Phone at  1-647-977-1256
    2. Email at: sales@WallmounSolution.com with the order#, Serial/Part #, and the problem with the product in detail.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products WILL void ALL warranties.
  • To get DOA service return shipment coverage, please provide your receipt to us by email.

 

Before you return the item back to us, please follow these instructions: otherwise the product wil be returned back to customer at customer's expense.

  • All returned product MUST be:
    1. Unused, Sealed, in the same condition as when you purchased it.
    2. With the copy of the original invoice, and original packing material, blank warranty cards, serial number/part number sticker(s), manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • WallmounSolution.com strongly recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping.
  • WallmounSolution.com does not warrant a physically damaged product.
  • WallmounSolution.com does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping.

  • In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, and will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
