Most jobs require on-site assessment

  • Visit the job-site & thoroughly go over all the details of the job with the client.
  • VIsually inspect the general area of where the installation will take place.
  • We take measurements of the area and take notes & photos of the job site.
  • Provide a suggestion on where the electrical outlet should be installed.
  • Provide recommendations on ceiling mount & necessary attachment hardware.
  • Provide suggestions on the types of cables & audio / video balun you need.
  • Provide you a written quote with accuracy of 95% ~ 100% on the entire job.
  • We can order all the necessary parts for you from A to Z.
  • 50% of the on-site assessment fee will be credited towards labour portion of the bill if it meets or exceeds $300 before tax.

Commercial Building / Offices

For commercial buildings with drop ceilings, usually there's trusses or concrete slab where the mount can be attached to. Price will vary by whether or not we have to build the support based on the structure. On-site assessment is required

Condos / Lofts / Apartments

In most condos, lofts & apartments, ceiling is usually concrete. If so, we can mount the bracket directly against the concrete ceiling and we can quote you a fixed price. If it's drywall, On-site assessment may be required.

Houses & Town-homes

In houses & town-homes, there's wooden joists in the ceiling above drywall. Some jobs require building extra support in the ceiling depending on the type of ceiling mount you want to install. On-site assessment is required

For commercial installations, we do occasionally make exceptions to travel outside of our service coverage area to a reasonable distance. If you're interested in our services but located outside of our service area, please let us know the job details and we can discuss pricing & availability.
